The Contest prize package is like no one has seen before. The prize package will continue to grow until a winner has been found. Prizes include concert tickets, gift certificates to local Salem, OR establishments, cash, and so much more.

Contest Rules
1. Eligibility: Contestants must meet the specified eligibility requirements, such as age - 21 and over at he time of entry submission, residency - you must be a resident of Oregon to claim this prize package , and any other criteria stated by KSXM-LP Salem Moon Music
2. Entry Method: Contestants must follow the specified entry method, whether it's calling a designated phone number, texting, or entering through the station's website or app. While some communications may take place via various methods, final submission for consideration for the prize package must be done via our website using the official submission form provided online. No other methods will be accepted.
3. Deadline: Entries must be submitted within the specified timeframe provided by the radio station. Late entries may not be considered. Certain date specific prize items will be initially put into the grand prize package. But some of those items are date specific such as concert tickets. Contestants will have two weeks before the scheduled event in order to win those particular items. If not claimed in that period then those items will be removed from the prize package for “The Contest” so the radio station can give them away using a different method as to ensure they are used.
4. One Entry per Person per calendar date as established by Salem, Oregon time zones at any point.
5. Accuracy of Information: Contestants must provide accurate and truthful information when registering and entering the contest, such as their name, contact details, and any other required information.
6. Compliance with Rules: Contestants must agree to comply with all the rules and regulations set forth by the radio station for the duration of the contest.
7. Prize Acceptance: Winners must be willing to accept the prize as awarded and may be required to sign an acceptance form or provide additional information for prize delivery.
8. Publicity Release: Winners may be required to grant the radio station the right to use their name, voice, and likeness for promotional purposes without any additional compensation.
9. Taxes and Expenses: Winners are responsible for any taxes, fees, or expenses associated with the prize, unless otherwise stated by the radio station.
10. Disqualification: The radio station reserves the right to disqualify any contestant who violates the rules or engages in any fraudulent, deceptive, or unfair practices.
11. Decisions Final: The decisions made by the radio station regarding the contest, including the selection of winners, are final and binding.
12. Release of Liability: Contestants release the radio station, its sponsors, employees, and affiliates from any liability arising from participation in the contest or the use of the prize.
13. Modifications or Cancellation: The radio station reserves the right to modify, cancel, or suspend the contest at any time without prior notice, if deemed necessary.
14. Communication: The radio station may contact winners via phone, email, or any other means of communication provided by the contestant.
15. Compliance with Laws: Contestants must comply with all applicable laws and regulations while participating in the contest.
